My fourth completed model this year is Tamiya’s 1/48 F-14D combined with wings from their ‘late A’ kit that I finished as a VF-213 bird from OEF. I used Reskit exhausts, Sidewinders and landing gear (with Eduard wheels), Flying Leathernecks GBU-16s, Mk.83s, BOL launchers and Lantirn pod (my 3d design). The bombs were mounted on Quickboost BRUs. A set of Master pitot and AOA sensor was also added. The decals are from DXM.
The base is my custom design that I 3d printed, the plaque was designed by my good friend Dave Roof.
