I have(yet another) Tomcat for the Listener Gallery.
Vf-2 ‘Bullet 101’ BuNo 159630 F-14D(R)
This is the Tamiya 1/48 F-14D with a few small mods.
Aftermarket includes MCC Gun vent and ECS heat exchanger vents.
Metal AoA probe and seat belts from the Tamiya ‘Detail-Up’ set.
Markings are mostly from Fightertown, with the nose stripes painted and custom decals for crew names and Bureau Number.
I tried to make it a dirty, well used looking machine but realistic…not over the top. hopefully i achieved that.
