Recently got the Mojo back so thought I’d share some photos of my recent Airfix 1/48 SeaKing build. In your recent episode you guys were talking about a perfect kit, well this was pretty close for me, everything about it was great, no fit issues that weren’t my own making, the layout of the instructions/ build sequence was spot on, and you weren’t overfaced with plastic when opening the box, surprising for such a big kit. Highly recommend. 

I’ve been working my way back through episodes and around October 2024 I’m sure Scott was longing for a decent 1/48 Mk XIV Spitfire. What about the MK XIV that Airfix released in 2019? Is there something wrong with the kit I’ve missed? 

Also made me laugh in those episodes how confident Frilldo was about finishing the Privateer in time.  

Anyway continue the great work with the podcast and maybe one day I’ll make it over from the UK to Paxcon.

1/48 Airfix Sea King HC.4 ‘King of the Junglies’ the longest serving Sea King airframe participating in the Falklands war, Bosnia and Afghanistan before being retired in 2016.
