Just wanted to share this 1/48 Hasegawa F-8D that I converted using CAT4’s recently released conversion kit. This is a VF-32 jet circa 1965. The CAT4 nose cone needed some shape correction. With the help of a 3D print expert I replaced it with a more accurate nose cone. The decals for the yellow and black tail stripes and sword design on the spine also broke, so I instead painted them on using photocopy templates of the sheet, including the letters. Took me seven months to complete but this is my favorite build so far.
