Revell 1/48th McDonnell Douglas FGR.2 XV466, “D/Desperation”, of 1435 Flight, RAF based at RAF Mount Pleasant, Falkland Islands, December, 1991
The Revell kit is showing it’s age and I can’t wait for the Airfix release of the FGR.1 later this year.
The second one is the Airfix 1/48th Sepecat Jaguar GR.1A XZ364 “Sadman”. Muharraq, Saudi Arabia, Gulf War 1990-91 A superb kit that demonstrates how far Airfix have come in recent years.
Next is the SBS conversion of the Tamiya 1/48th Messerschmitt BF. 109 G-6 into the Hispano HA-1112 M.IL Buchon C.4K-9/71-5, Ejercito del Aire, “Maria Pilar” (MAPI). Escuadron De Casa Bombardeo No 71. 1958, Gando, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. A straightforward conversion – the SBS set is an excellent fit.
