Once the cockpit was finished and inside the fuselage the remaining construction went quite quickly. The most difficult part was temporarily gluing the canopies in place just to ensure they fit.
While down in Florida I decided to check a local Hobby Lobby and was able to find the correct underside “duck egg blue” color as used by FlyASpitfire.com on their TR.8 when I flew in her. Old Testers square bottle enamel “light blue”. Just enough green to work!
